Yes, this early. So judge me.
Canadians would say it's too early, well even some of my Filipino friends thought it was too early when I posted that I've done my Christmas decoration already one Friday night. November 1st. Lol. Just indulge me in this. I didn't do Christmas decors the past years I've lived on my own and just had the urge to do so - thanks to Pinterest and A Beautiful Mess and all the craft DIY ideas they've posted. Makes me wanna go on a DIY crafts craze! I scrolled through pages and pages, I fell in love and felt so inspired to do everything! Haha! And I just had this thought: "If I ever became a housewife, I'd make such an awesome homemaker!" Confidence. I has it! Lol.
But seriously, it brings me a different kind of joy when I make stuff, be it in the kitchen or anything craftsy. I ain't an Art Club member all throughout high school for nothing! I'd prolly be a seriously busy lady if I had a whole house to work on. Oh what joy it would be! Gosh! Did I just sound like an old woman? Haha!
So anyway, I did decorate a little part of my humble abode. It wouldn't seem much but wrapping the bottle in green rafia took forever! I'd have to add more gift boxes though, I just didn't have a lot of the small boxes to work with. And maybe put a Christmas card or two in there. Would that be too much though? Well, Christmas is supposed to be festive! So should be okay, I think.
I already have a next project in mind - redecorating that wall. My dad and mom weren't too impressed with the style! Hmpf. Lol! A girl on her own would have a lot of ideas of things to do at home, that's for sure!
